Barely hours after the 2015 elections, a dubious election results sheet from various polling units, with percentage points awarded to both leading political parties, was released by Facebook.

Apparently, Facebook already decided what both candidates scored and, as you can imagine, this sent the internet community into a frenzy.

Only INEC, the body vested with the power to conduct elections can announce authentic results from polling units all around the country so we’ll advise that you ignore all results at variance with theirs.
