Kourtney Kardashian , showed off her derriere in a nude photoshoot whilst heavily pregnant with her third child.

The nude shoot was documented on a recent episode of the family’s hit reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The proud mama welcomed her third child and second son Reign Disick, with long-term partner Scott Disick, in December 2014.
