Hello Laila, I was hoping to get some encouragement from your readers. I am a first time mum to be. I am overdue by one week and I am sincerely panicking. Any suggestions on how to get this show on the road? How can I naturally induce my labor?

Hmm, my dear. Truth is, you really have nothing to panic about. EDDs are usually given within a range of plus or minus 2 weeks. So, you are still within the time. However, I know sex can induce labour. Different things work for different people. When you and hubby are together, rather than watch football, *winks*, I strongly recommend having sex to go into labor. Though your baby will come when its ready sha. Don't bother yourself so much.
