UPDATE: Screening Of Service Chiefs Deferred

The screening of the service chiefs at the senate has been deferred to next Tuesday, August 4th.

This was made known after an invitation to the pulling out parade was sent to the senate president, Bukola Saraki after the plenary meeting.

The pulling out parade is in honour of the former Chief of Defence staff, Air Chief Marshal Alex Badeh to mark his formal disengagement from service.

The event coincides with the screening of the service chiefs which was initially meant to hold tomorrow, Thursday.

The pulling out parade would be conducted at the Mogadishu Cantonment Parade Ground aat 9am on Thursday July 15.
