Super Eagles lost their last Group C game to Guinea to finish third in Group C with just four points

The Super Eagles of Nigeria have been knocked out of the 2016 African Nations Championship holding in Rwanda.

The Sunday Oliseh led team lost their last Group C game played on Tuesday, January 26 to Guinea to finish third in the group with just four points.

 

The Guineans held on to a first half goal to take all the tree points at the Umuganda Stadium. They finish the group in second place with five points after two draws and a win.

 

Tunisia finished first also with five points after beating Niger 2-0 in the last game.
