The reality TV star attended an event in Las Vegas showing off her post baby bod in a curve clinging cold shoulder dress by Balmain!

And it seems Kim Kardashian was keen to flaunt the results of her hard work as she showed off her phenomenal figure in a skintight gown at the Hakkasan Las Vegas Nightclub third anniversary party on Friday.
