Super Eagles legend Austin Jay Jay Okocha was in the form of his life scoring a hat-trick during a legends match played his former club, Bolton Wanderers Macron Stadium.

John McGinlay’s All Star XI ran out 6-2 winners over Tony Kelly’s side in a hugely entertaining encounter.

Okocha spent four-year spell at Bolton Wanderers endearing himself to the club fans (he was so good they named him twice).

Other scorers in the match were John McGinlay, Fabian de Freitas, Fabrice Muamba, John Thomas and Sam Stubbs were all on the scoresheet.

Former Nigeria captain Jay Jay bagged 24 goals in 124 appearances for the Trotters between 2002 and 2006.
