​Barcelona star says playing against Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid is no fun for him given the attention their defender give him.

Atletico conceded just 18 goals in 38 La Liga games last season, finishing third and going as far as the Champions League final which they lost on penalties to city rivals Real Madrid.

Despite scoring twice against Simeone’s side in the Champions League last season, the striker says he hates playing against them and his national teammate, Diego Godin.

The 29-year-old told​ Spanish media: “I’ll tell you that there’s nothing that thrills me less than playing against Atlético. They’re so annoying. There’s Godin, who is a nuisance, he’s always there next to me. He annoys me a lot, but I do that to him too.”

Atletico are a well drilled side and their defense last season consisted of Juanfran, Diego Godein, Jose Gimenez, Luis Felipe and Jan Oblak in goal.

Defenders like Lucs Fernandez, Stephan Savic made regular appearances last season also.

Luis Suarez scored 59 goals last season and provided 16 assists in all competitions for the Catalans last season.
