Dani Carvajal, the defender os Blancos, lauded the resilience of his club after Zidane’s side came from behind to win UEFA Super Cup.

Real Madrid won the 2016 UEFA Super Cup following a 3 – 2 extra-time win over fellow La Liga club Sevilla.

With the match going towards its end in the second half of extra-time, Dani Carvajal driblled past three tired Sevilla players and shot into the top corner.

And the star commented: “The essence of Real Madrid is not to surrender”.
