Mary Tyler Moore's death certificate reveals multiple causes of death

According to the just released death certificate of late Mary Tyler Moore, she died from cardiopulmonary arrest brought on by 3 other serious medical condition. The other contributing factors to her death include aspiration pneumonia, hypoxia (lack of oxygen to her tissues) and diabetes mellitus. Cardiopulmonary arrest is when the heart stops beating which is technically not a heart attack.
