Photos: Young man caught vandalizing DESOPADEC zonal office in Ujevwu, Delta State

A young man identified as Richard Obialiki on Saturday, January 14th, broke into the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC) zonal office in Ujevwu. He damaged the gate, keys, protectors and other items in the office and madeis way into the office. However, luck ran out on the suspect as he was caught by the youth President and members of his EXCO in the area.
