Trouble in paradise? Tonto Dikeh removes husband's name and 'wife' from her profile on Instagram

This evening, actress Tonto Dikeh, removed her husband’s name, Churchill from her IG handle, fueling speculations that their marriage is in crisis. The C in the middle there is her middle name, Charity. Tonto also removed Yummy wife/mum which used to be on her profile. She and Oladunni Churchill did their traditional wedding in August 2015.What do you guys think is going on?
