Court dismisses Olisa Metuh's application to invite Dasuki as a witness

The Federal Hight Court, Abuja Division, this morning turned down an application from former PDP spokesperson, Olisa Metuh, asking for the former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, to be presented as a witness in the N400 million fraud case against him. Metuh is accused to have been part of the arms deal scandal after he collected money from Dasuki. Metuh in his submission to the court
