$43m: Amaechi slams Wike, denies ownership of the recovered money and apartment

Minister of Transport and former Rivers state governor, Rotimi Amaechi, has released a statement blasting his successor, Nyesom Wike, who claims the $43 million found by EFCC operatives in an apartment in Ikoyi last week, belongs to Amaechi. In the statement released, Amaechi denied the claim and alleged that Wike's sole aim since assuming office is to search for new ways to defame his person.
