Emir of Kano has vowed to ensure that the Commissioner of Police in Kano state gets one Mallam Shu’aibu Wanzam, a local barber arrested for damaging the private part of 15 year old bride named Kaltume Ibrahim Mai-Kaji pictured above, during circumcision. According to the post on the Emir's IG page, Kaltume Ibrahim Mai-Kaji and Aminu Ali, her husband, had spent several years dating before
