CNN interview: Boko Haram and Black West Africa not a priority

You want to know why world leaders gathered in France when 17 people were killed and none have particularly shown much interested in the madness happening in Northern Nigeria with Boko Haram? Well, it's because West Africa is not a priority to world leaders. Boko Haram is not a priority to the US.
