Court orders NDLEA to vacate Buruji Kashamu's house
Justice Ibrahim Buba of a Federal High Court Lagos has ordered the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) officials to vacate the residence of embattled Senator-elect, Buruji Kashamu in Lekki, Lagos. Justice Buba, while presiding over the case filed by counsel to Kashamu, said the NDLEA should immediately vacate the residence and maintain status quo.
NDLEA had placed Buruji Kashamu on house arrest since Saturday May 23rd after failing to arrest him. The Senator-elect is wanted in the US over alleged drug charges.
