Mu’azu vs Fayose: A timeline
by Ranti Joseph
The battle between the Governor of Ekiti state, Ayodele Fayose and the Peoples Democatic Party (PDP) national chairman, Adamu Mu’azu seems to be going deeper than expected.
Two days ago, Fayose claimed he had evidence to show that Mu’azu, helped the opposition win recent elections.
I am even more particular about the National Chairman because he sold the party to the opposition. I have cogent evidences of his unholy alliance with the opposition before the elections and if they go any further, I will expose all his underhand deals.
You didn’t think Mu’azu wasn’t going to take this shade lying down, did you?
Mu’azu’s Twitter handlers weren’t having it and took to Twitter his morning to react to Fayose’s allegations.
Fayose: I have evidence that Muazu worked for APC. We hope it’s not the kind of evidence he once said he had that Buhari was dying?

Pew pew. Shots fired.
You will all recall that the National Chairman warned members of our Presidential Campaign Org to stop the hate campaign.

We challenge Governor Fayose to come out with the evidence that shows National Chairman worked for APC during the elections.

Our dear Ayo Fayose responded not much later.
Disloyalty: A leader who takes to twitter to slight a party member but never did the same with or to the opponent. God sees our hearts. — Peter Ayodele Fayose (@GovAyoFayose) May 7, 2015
PDP will outlast many of us. The legacy of true politics is Service to the People, loyalty to one’s Team and a clear Conscience before God.

Grade A subliminal right there. Bravo, Governor.
This is not the time for mudslinging but truth is never out of season. PDP Online: be assured that PDP will emerge stronger from all issues. — Peter Ayodele Fayose (@GovAyoFayose) May 7, 2015
Any strong words we have are reserved only for our opponents and only in political season. This is now the time to unite for PDP and Nigeria

I have seen defeat, I have seen victory – nothing is dear to me now except true service to our people which is what politics should be. — Peter Ayodele Fayose (@GovAyoFayose) May 7, 2015
I’ve been in power, out of power, back in power. Whatever you my young friends go through, always remember that God rules in man’s affairs.
— Peter Ayodele Fayose (@GovAyoFayose) May 7, 2015
Defeat is NEVER permanent. Victory is NEVER ending. PDP will unite, mobilise and continue to stand with the People. I greet you all Ire o!
