Trekking is old school, see these men cycling to Abuja from Daura

There’s a new trend in town guys. People have found newer and faster ways to get political appointments.

It all started with one dude who genuinely and sincerely placed a bet [when his mates were doing so with Barca and Mayweather- and were cashing out too] to trek from Lagos to Abuja should the President elect win.

Little did he know that this would spark what has become the new nonsensical mission in Nigeria today. A lot of people resorted to unemployment as the cause of the madness but alas one proved us wrong when she actually turned down a potential job offer and even went ahead to show us empirical evidence that she isn’t lying about it too. So much confidence in ignorance.

Anyway, that was the old school. The new school has arrived and they embraced evolution, just a little. Trekking is for cavemen. And so they embarked on their journey with bicycles. And they loved every bit of it.
