Two Permanent Secretaries Summoned By The Code Of Conduct Tribunal- Read Why
The Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT), on Thursday, July 23,2015 ordered two permanent secretaries from Adamawa state, over charges on non-declaration of assets.

Chairman of the Tribunal, Justice Danladi Umar issued the summon of two permanent secretaries from Adamawa state, Dr. Bala Usman and Mamud Abubakar, to appear before the tribunal on Monday, November 16, 2015.

Earlier, Mr Aliyu Ahmad, during his counsel to the accused persons urged the tribunal to adjourn the case in order to give him time to study the application filed by the prosecutor.
Ahmad further explained that he had filed a no case application and served same on the prosecutor, adding that the prosecuting counsel, had also filed a reply to his no case application and would need time to respond.
Recently, all the 36 state governors have hurriedly ran to the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) to declare their assets in a bid to avoid being made a scapegoat of President Buhari’s anti-corruption war.
