So, the other day, I met with one of my music connects based in Tamraght, Morocco who told me about this “Shekini” parody that’s currently one of the biggest songs in Morocco and other parts of North Africa.
Surprisingly, at over 22+ MILLION VIEWS and counting, the song even has more views than P-Square‘s original video. Simply put… “Hek Lili Nifi” is a hit! If you got time after watching this, do yourself a favour and search “Hek Lili Nifi” on youtube and google for many dance clips to the song.
Big-Ups to P-Square. Looks like they have a fanbase/market in North Africa they haven’t explored yet. Get on that plane, lads!
