Watch The Change: What Nigerians Are Saying About FG’s Plan To Negotiate With Boko Haram

Some days back, report had surfaced that the Federal Government had plans of going into dialogue with the dreaded Boko Haram insurgents as a way of ending their violent campaign.

President Muhammadu Buhari, was said to have welcomed negotiations with the Boko Haram terrorists, as against his earlier during his campaign when he promised not to negotiate with the insurgents if elected as president.

In an interview on July 3, with BBC Africa, the president’s spokesperson, Femi Adesina had said if Boko Haram members are willing, the president will negotiate with them.

Well, some Nigerians are not too pleased with the idea of negotiating with the insurgents and have taken to social media to air their opinion.
