Urgent help for homeless woman with sick child...

I was on my way to Ikeja today and I saw a woman in tears with a very sick looking child by the road side just by tantalizers at Allen round about. Please lets do something about this ASAP. I have seen you use your blog to aid the needy and as you help this woman and her child spread word about their condition may God be with you.
