Anthony Anderson: Actor's 16-year-old marriage comes to an end

Anderson's wife since 1995, Alvina Stewart filed for divorce on Friday, September 25 citing irreconcilable differences.

Another Hollywood couple bites the dust as Anthony Anderson - same guy who hosted the 2015 MAMAs in South Africa - and wife, Alvina Stewart kiss their marriage good bye after 16 years.

 

The actor's wife filed for divorce on Friday, September 25 citing irreconcilable differences. The 'Blackish' star married Alvina in 1995 and share two teenage sons, Kyra and Nathan.

 

According to TMZ, Alvina is seeking joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their two children. But no additional information has been disclosed at this time.

 

Anthony and Alvina join the long list of Hollywood couple who have split this year including, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner,  Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick and 'Mad Men' star Joe Hamm and wife, Jennifer.
