Bozza: Music portal to create international exposure for African artists
The music platform will be working with Crowdfunder, The Drum and other individuals to support artists who get short listed for Do-It-Day.
Bozza has announces it will be helping a select group of Sub-Saharan African artists to achieve international exposure, to push their work and talent on to an international stage.
Bozza is a digital distribution platform, which seeks to create a means for artists and their fans to connect online. The Pan-African music platform will be working with Crowdfunder and The Drum, the UK's most visited marketing news website to accomplish this as part of the unique Do-It-Day, which will take place in London and New York on Monday, November 2, 2015.
“This is an incredible opportunity, a potential career defining break, for a group of the continent’s leading musicians” said Bozza founder, Emma Kaye.
Artists and bands from the continent interested in this can register and upload their music on http://ift.tt/1YvkdMd by Tuesday, 21 September, 2015. After this a shortlist of 10 to 20 artists and bands will be selected.
According to Kaye, the project will see The Drum bringing together a team of leading marketers and brands in the world to create specific campaigns for each artist. Artists chosen will also get the opportunity to perform at a concert in London.
