NABBED! Man Who Dresses Like A Woman To Deceive Men
Officials of the Lagos state police have arrested a cross-dresser, Hussieni Biyaya, who have allegedly defrauded various men with his female dressing.
Police spokesman, Joseph Offor, confirmed the arrest on Monday, November 16.
Offor said the suspect reportedly defrauded men of various amount of money by dressing like a woman.

According to the officer, the suspect was apprehended on Saturday, November 14, at about 4.30 p.m.
He said the cross-dresser was nabbed while attempting to defraud another man.
The suspect went by the pseudonym Kadijat. He was dressed in Muslim hijab when he met one Hassimu of No. 25, Iyana Street, Ajegunle and agreed to a relationship.
Hassimu had wanted to take the supposed woman, Kadijat home, but the suspect refused.
The supposed ‘Kadijat’, gave diverse reasons why ‘she’ would not be going home with Hassimu.
It was in the process of haggling and apparent tussling at CMS Bus Stop, that policemen on patrol came to the rescue.
Offor said the duo was taken to the police station for causing breach of public peace.
It was at the station that Hassimu claimed the suspect had collected about N15,000 from him with a promise to marry him.
In the cause of further investigation that the suspect revealed his true identity, everyone at the station was alarmed to hear the cross-dresser’s confession.
The suspect divulged that he is a man disguised in women’s outfit to defraud men. He confessed that he has been into the business for about two years.

He added that he had defrauded many men in Lagos of unspecified amount of money.
It was discovered that the suspect’s real name is Hussieni Biyaya, a native of Teke town in Kano State.
The police said they have searched and found nothing incriminating at the suspect’s residence in Bode Thomas street, Onipanu.
Offor said that the fraudulent cross-dresser would be charged to court for allegedly impersonating women and stealing by tricks.
It would be recalled that in January, 2011, the police arrested a 19-year-old named Ogunleye Idris.
He was apprehended at a bar in Surulere area of Lagos, for posing as a lady, to get money from men folks.
Investigations revealed that as of the time of his arrest, he had just finished his secondary school education at Kings college Lagos.
In the same vein, a 15-year-old boy has been arrested by the Zamfara state police command, after he disguised himself as a girl and sneaked into the female hostel at the Federal College of Education (Technical) in Gusau.
