One of the most interesting things about talk shows is the debates and the opinions of the personalities/hosts. Most times the presentation style of the hosts is what captivates us.

We know some of you are hooked on talk shows like The Wendy Williams Show.  Then there are those of you who wish The Oprah Winfrey Show would return to daytime television.  For your information, Nigerian TV has got day time and late night talk shows you'll find entertaining.

Here’s a list of talk shows for you to watch:

Highlights With IK

 

Earlier this year, on air personality and TV host, IK Osakioduwa launched his late night talk show called ‘Highlights with IK’. The show, which airs on Africa Magic, is filmed in front of a live audience and features DJ Sose as the resident DJ.

 

Inside Out with Agatha

 

This is probably one of the longest running talk shows on TV. For the past 16 years, Agatha Amata has hosted ‘Inside Out’ which features a live audience.

 

Late Night With Nike Oshinowo

 

Beauty queen, entrepreneur and style icon Nike Oshinowo launched the first season of her late night talk show late last year. The programme covered topics from politics to entertainment.

 

Moments

 

This is a daily syndicated talk show. 'Moments' previously known as 'Moments with Mo' was previously hosted solely by Mo Abudu founder of Ebony Life TV. Almost two/three years ago, the name of the show was changed and more co-hosts from Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa were introduced. Michelle Dede and Bolanle Olukanni are co-hosts for the Nigeria region.

 

The Spot

 

This show probably has one of the most chilled-out presentation formats Nigerian TV has ever seen. Hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Zainab Balogun and Lamide Akintobi, the EbonyLife TV show sees the trio talk about almost every topic under the sun with their celebrity guest.

 

Rubbin Minds

 

Hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the talk show airs live every Sunday in Channels Television. Obi-Uchendu talks to influencer in different industries as concerns the issues of the day.

 

You & I with Monalisa Chinda

 

Nollywood actress Monalisa Chinda recently added the title talk show host to her profile earlier this year. Her show 'You & I with Monalisa Chinda' made its debut on Sunday, August 2, 2015, on AIT.

The first season of the show featured the likes of AY Makun, Mai Atafo, Dotun Akande, Lanre Olusola, and Tonye Cole.

 

Walk The Talk

 

Hosted by Tabia Princewill and Helene Ibru. The show brings to light a female perspective on everyday issues and contemporary topics.

 

Your View

Your View’ is a programme by TV Continental (TVC). The talk show is hosted by a panel of women with different backgrounds. Yeni Kuti is one of the hosts of the show.
