World number one female tennis star Serena Williams has stripped naked for the Annie Leibovitz’s 2016 Pirelle calendar.

The Pirelli calendar is one of the world's most exclusive calendars and it’s known for featuring glamorous supermodels.

For next year’s calendar, they chose to feature some of the world’s most inspiring women including artistes, athletes and bloggers.

This year however, the team behind the celebrated calendar took the 2016's issue in a whole new direction by featuring some of the world's most inspiring women including artists, athletes and bloggers.

In this edition which is the calendar’s 43, Williams is seen holding facing a wall topless wearing just a black underwear.
