Two men have been arrested by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps in Osun state.

The two men identified as Alaba Folawiyo and Mutiu Lawal were said to have been in the area for a long time pretending to be mad men, while carrying out their activities with others who are now at large, Vanguard reports.

According to the Wale Folarin, the state’s NSCDC Public Relations Officer, they were caught in an uncompleted building near Apomu Junction in Ikire, headquarters of Irewole LGA where they were hiding.

A decomposing human head was found in their possession.

A Blackberry phone hidden inside a drug pack, knife, perfume cans, clothes, school bags, shoes, wristwatches, ATM cards, electrical materials, roofing sheets, cooking utensils, suspected to be belongings of the victims of the suspects, were also found with them.

Last week, a suspected ritualist named John Igwe was arrested with a human head in his possession by officials of the Enugu state police command. Sources said the suspect was on his way to Abakiliki for money ritual before he was arrested by policemen.
