It's Thursday and we are throwing it back to one movie every true Nollywood fan probably would still remember.
What do you remember about the Igbo movie "Nneka the Pretty Serpent" which was subtitled in English language, and considered one of Nollywood classics?

Here's what we remember.
1. The movie was produced by Okechukwu Ogunjiofor, and directed by Zeb Ejiro in 1992.
2. The movie starred Ndidi Obi as the lead character Nneka. a mermaid disguised as human whose mission on earth was to go after married men.
3. We also remember that the movie's opening scene which featured Nneka's mother sacrificing a cock to the river goddess, while asking for a child of her own. And the opening theme song that came afterwards? It's not like that can be forgotten in a hurry.

4. The movie also starred talented actors like Eucharia Anunobi, Ngozi Ezeonu, Rita Nzelu, Sam Loco, Kanayo O.Kanay, late James Iroha, Claude Eke and Nelly Uchendu. ‘
5. Who remembers the final scene with Tony and Nneka, where she said the unforgettable line from movie "look into my eyes," in Igbo Language.
