FRSC: Agency highlights the importance of pedestrian bridge usage

The Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) is set to take the use of pedestrian bridges seriously.
According to Anambra State’s Sector Commander, Mr Sunday Ajayi, these bridges ensure the safety of pedestrians.

Speaking to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), he urged all residents, including visitors to use the pedestrian bridges.
"We do know that during celebrations like the upcoming Easter, people are in high spirit and may default in obeying traffic rules while driving.
So, we are appealing to Anambra residents to ensure that they use the pedestrian bridges in the state to avoid crashes this period,’’ he said.
