Justice Goodluck held that the applicant had disclosed sufficient evidence before the court to warrant the granting of his relief.
The EFCC had on March 23, arrested Robert over alleged diversion of $40m through a firm, One-Plus Holdings, which a sister company of Kakatar Construction and Engineering Company Limited, through allegedly phoney contract of securing oil pipelines.
Azibaola Robert is a foremost entrepreneur from the Niger Delta with vast business in the area of construction and engineering.
It is believed that his present EFCC ordeal may have no relationship with these alleged contracts but may be connected to a transaction at the former NSA office, which had two of his companies Kakatar and Oneplus Holdings mentioned amongst 300 other companies and individuals across the country by the NSA contracts verification committee.
