The idea of using a fake penis can seem daunting to a lot of women. It is still a relatively new concept, having something artificial give you pleasure. But the rise in the number of sex toy stores in Nigeria shows that more and more women are now becoming more open to the idea.

A few months ago, BuzzFeed had two women give dildos a try for the first time ever. They visited a toy store, selected the ones they would like and gave it a go.

 

It was not an easy feat convincing themselves to do this.

“I’m very uncomfortable with what we’re about to do, not because of the act itself, but because of how other people are going to react to it," one of the ladies said.

Eventually, they both came back with positive feedback about the experience.
