The unbelievable fees of Edo University, the most expensive 'public' university in Nigeria
The Edo University, Iyamo, Edo state, is one of Nigeria's latest state government owned universities, and it began it's first session in April of this year.
However, going by the fees which students of Accounting and Computer Science have to pay, it is safe to say that Edo University is the most expensive 'public' university in Nigeria.
100 level students are required to pay N710,000, and this does not include acceptance fee of N50,000, cost of feeding and books. Other courses in the university cost N660,000 minus acceptance fees, feeding and books.
