Leading travel resource site, Lonely Planet has released its annual list of best places to visit in Europe and Peloponnese emerged top on the list.

The sun is finally out in the northern hemisphere, and folks are ready to soak it all in alongside friends and loved ones.
Leading travel resource site, Lonely Planet has released its annual list of best places to visit in Europe and Peloponnese emerged top on the list.
Described as “an affordable enclave of magnificent ancient sights like Olympia, Mycenae and Mystra”, Peloponnese is a peninsula located in Greece.
To add to its charm, the Menalon trail was recently opened to provide a new way to explore the region, which is popular with hikers.
Other regions featured include Warwickshire, England, The Dordogne, France and Lviv, Ukraine.
