"Independence Day: Resurgence": Watch Liam Hemsworth and Jessie Usher engage in dog fight

A sequel to Roland Emmerich’s 1996 hit movie, "Independence Day: Resurgence" is scheduled to be released on June 24, 2016.

20th Century Fox has released a new TV for "Independence Day : Resurgence," a sequel to Roland Emmerich’s 1996 hit movie.

The new TV spot features Liam Hemsworth and Jessie Usher in an intense dog fight.

Starring Vivica A. Fox, Bil Pullman, Jeff Goldblum, Liam Hemsworth, Jessie Usher, Maika Monroe, Judd Hirsch, Sela Ward and Charlotte Gainsbourg, the sequel is set nearly 20 years after the original was released in 1996.

Synopsis

"Using recovered alien technology, the nations of Earth have collaborated on an immense defense program to protect the planet.
