The Code of Conduct Tribunal situated in Abuja consists of a chairman and two other members.

The CCT is saddled with the responsibility of hearing cases brought to it by the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB), an agency which investigates the property of public officers.

The Code of Conduct Tribunal ceiling is broken to the extent that the individual sitting under can see the aluminum roofing sheet through the hole.

On the other side, when it rains, the roof leaks and the individuals sitting in that area have to vacate the seat.

The CCT building is a spacious one, and it shares a boundary with the FCT high court in Jabi in Abuja.

It has a gallery upstairs where spectators can sit to watch the proceedings.
