Watford have signed Nigerian striker Isaac Success for £12.5m from Spanish side Granada.
The transfer was reportedly secured earlier on in the year but it was agreed that there would be no official announcement until the end of the season as Granada was battling relegation in La Liga.
The 20-year-old was linked with a number of European sides including Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan but Success’ agent Dominic Egbukwu insisted last February that the player would be making the switch to Watford.

Speaking to allnigeriasoccer.com last February, he said: “Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan and PSG have approached us. Plenty teams want him.
“[But] Granada are not releasing him to Valencia or any other club except Watford.”
Success scored five goals in 30 games in La Liga last season.
Success will be expected to compete for a starting place in Watford’s first team next season with Troy Deeney and fellow country man Odion Ighalo the first choice strikers.
Watford have also signed Christian Kabasele from Genk of Belgium.
