Romanian engineer kidnapped by gun men in Delta

A Romanian engineer, by the name, Mr. Christian Nedelcu, 52, was abducted yesterday, October 10th by gunmen who swooped on him and his team in Delta State. It was gathered that the expatriate, was abducted when armed men attacked his team at Railway Village in Owa Oyibo, Agbor, Delta State leading to an exchange of gunfire between security personnel escorting the Romanian and his team, after which the engineer was abducted.

Romanian Ambassador to Nigeria, Mr. George, has called on the Federal Government, Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris and other security agencies to do everything to rescue the engineer.
