Young girl raped by a yet-to-be identified man in Victoria Island, Lagos

A Twitter user narrated the shocking incident that took place this morning. Although the exact details are still sketchy, it is believed that the young girl was defiled by the man this morning, and he ran away after her sister raised alarm.
