Photos: NSCDC Officer reportedly shoots at, brutalizes resident doctor at Federal Medical Centre, Yenagoa

A resident doctor at Federal Medical Centre, Yenagoa was allegedly brutalized by an NSCDC officer this morning. According to reports being shared by the doctor's colleagues, the officer of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) even shot at the car while his family was inside.  "This morning at about 7:52am, a resident doctor in FMC Yenagoa was driving to work from the road
