Court to hear Stella Oduah’s alleged $16.4m, N100m indebtedness lawsuit on May 30th

A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has fixed May 30th for the hearing of a lawsuit filed by Sterling bank against former Aviation Minister, Senator Stella Oduah, over alleged indebtedness to the tune of $16.4 million and N100.5 million. Sterling bank had filed the lawsuit against Oduah and her company, Sea Petroleum and Gas Company over the money which they collected as loans and have failed
