“He was only joking”… Pat Utomi defends Oba of Lagos (TWEETS)

Pat Utomi has become the first person to publicly defend the Oba of Lagos over his threats against the Igbo ethnic groups.

The Nigerian professor of political economy, came on Twitter to say that the monarch was simply making a joke.
