Kim Kardashian Is Mad About Her Naked Pictures And Could Sue

News out there is that Kim Kardashian could press charges against an L.A. paparazzi agency for encroachment on her personal space.

The L.A. photo agency, X17, is said to be peddling images of the star which show her naked. But Kim’s Lawyer, Marty Singer, has shot back at X17 saying they broke the law on many fronts.

TMZ reports that Kim is mad because the pictures were taken with a helicopter hovering over her Hidden Hills home, in California.

Singer disapproves of the act in its entirety, claiming the agency lied by claiming she was naked, reports say.

Singer explains that Kim had a blue bikini on, and upon sighting the helicopter got a towel and covered up. He also warned the agency not to circulate or sell the images, otherwise stand to face a stiff legal tussle for encroaching on her private life.

He claims they violated the law by taking shots of Kim with a telephoto lens, via a chopper.

A telephoto lens is a long-focus lens in which the physical length of the lens is shorter than the focal length.

X17 has since taken the controversial images off their site.

The Hidden Hill Mansion is occupied by both Kim and husband, Kanye West; and it is worth a smashing $20 million.

It was formerly owned by Lisa Marie Presley, has two barbecue spots, two spas; and a 1, 050 square-foot entertainment pavilion, amongst other features.
