Hello TILBers,

Many of us are very insensitive towards humanity! We do not feel the pain of others and so cannot caution ourselves when we decide to spew our venom on someone. Some of us are even insensitive towards ourselves as we are swift to cut down ourselves when we falter or when we find something unappealing or even when we fall victim to evil critics who as a result of their malicious opinions and gossips we dissolve to self condemnation.

We must learn to appreciate feelings and it's extensive effect on our emotions that influence every aspect of our individual lives and the lives of others. If only we can understand that a stifled emotion generates negativity, then we will begin to change from the destructive attitude that inflicts emotions.
Do you not know that your insensitivity towards yourself for instance has the propensity to destroy your life and the life of those in your vicinity? If I do not like something about myself and then continue to dwell on that negative feeling, it will influence how I perceive others and my interaction with those in my vicinity. It is also as bad when we are insensitive towards other people!
