Nigerian music star D’Banj got a lovely gift from an international music star, which he showed off on Instagram while expressing his appreciation.

D’Banj got a wonderful 6th generation IPAD tablet from Bono, the frontman of Dublin-based rock band U2.

D’Banj shared the photo of his new gift on Instagram with the caption: “Just received this wonderful gift from The Read God father BONO.. 6^th Generation IPAD tablet and the Special #RED Case Today.. Thank you so much Sir. God bless you #one #stongwomen #salute @onecampaign @red.”

Bono was in Nigeria a couple of weeks ago to create awareness for the One campaign sponsored ‘Strong Girl Remix’ which features top stars like D’Banj, Banky W, Waje, Omotola Jolade, Femi Kuti, Diamond Platnumz and others. A song specially composed to bring awareness of the plight of the female child, fight for their rights and eradicate poverty.
