People who are willing to consciously make their sex life work – interesting and rewarding forever, must be willing to make things different, mix things up in the bedroom, change locations, try new pleasure ideas and be willing to involve their mind in the act of lovemaking, not just their bodies.

Like we said in the part one of this article, you may be having ‘plenty’ sex, but that doesn’t amount to having ‘enjoyable sex”.

Many people are in relationships where sex has become routine and boring and they only engage in it for the sake of the other person.

But sex should be physically, emotionally and mentally rewarding to both parties.

We already talked about having more non-sexual physical contact, giving more oral sex, having mature conversations and spending more time on foreplay.

1. Play games in the bedroom – sex games have been known to make couple time together more interesting and pleasing. You can, for example, blindfold each and do nasty things like eating off his/her body, pinching, biting and just about anything. Friendly torture, like tying him/her up and touching the body with your tongue, a feather, a rose petal, fingertips, will yield much delight. You can also do strip teases and lap dances to mention but a few.

2. Try new sex positions and locations – when you are not mixing things up in the bedroom, sex become boring. One of the ways to make sex interesting again is to introduce new sex positions and have sex outside the bedroom.  Use your kitchen, your bathroom, your couch and just everywhere that is safe.

3. Introduce sex toys – you might find more pleasure in using sex toys to spice up your sex life. Using a prostate massager, vibrator, butt plug or dildo on your partner is not bad. In fact, it heightens the excitement of sex.

4. Have sexual conversation through SMS – communication is key for a romantic relationship and one of the ways to keep the channel open is through SMSs.
