For the longest time, we've enjoyed the tasty pinacolada cocktail which is a pineapple and coconut milk cocktail infused with some liquor.
Now, we have a chance to enjoy this tasty drink as smoothie.
Comprising coconut milk, pineapples and banana, this drink is not only healthy, it's also tasty and can be served to guests at home or at a lunch party.
What you need:

1 cup light coconut milk

3/4 cup frozen or fresh pineapple chunks

1/2 medium frozen banana, cut into smaller pieces

Honey to sweeten (optional; to taste)

1/2 to 3/4 cup ice (may want to add if using fresh pineapple, can add none, more, or less depending on desired consistency)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
