A bride and groom had the first wedding in Kobani town after it was captured by Kurdish-led force from the dreaded Islamic State.
Images of the newlyweds were taken minutes after being joined together as man and wife in the northern Syrian town.

The wedding held on Friday, October 23, making the Kurdish couple the first to have a proper wedding since the town was captured from ISIS.
The photos showed the happy couple in the midst of what was left of the war zone after being destroyed by the extremists.
Kobani, often known as Ayn al-Arab, is located in the Aleppo Governorate of northern Syria – just south of the Turkish border.
