Wike And Tambuwal Met In Abuja This Morning And This Happened (Photos)
The Body of Benchers held a meeting this morning, October 19, at the Supreme Court Complex Abuja.
Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers state and his counterpart from Sokoto state, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal were at the meeting.
The duo were seen laughing and exchanging pleasantries after the meeting.
The Body of Benchers is a body of legal practitioners of the highest distinction in the legal profession, which is saddled with the primary responsibility of the formal call to Bar of persons seeking to become legal practitioners in Nigeria.
It is a statutory body established by Section 3 of the Legal Practitioners Act, 1962 (as amended) Cap. L11, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.

Membership of the Body is highly sought after by legal professionals serving in the bar and the Bench. The body is made up of the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), President of the Court of Appeal, Presiding Justices of Court of Appeal Divisions and the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court.
Recall that In August, Tambuwal was admitted into the Body of Benchers as a ‘Life Bencher’.
